How do I get started?
Create a free trial account on Camp Network. Explore our platform to make sure it’s a good fit. Once you upgrade, you will create or connect a Stripe account. This will allow you to process payments and have funds deposited to your bank account when registrations come in. In Event Setup, add and customize all your sessions. Post the registration link to your website, share via email, etc!
How are payments processed?
Camp Network partners with Stripe (www.stripe.com) to process payments. Once you upgrade your account, you will create or connect a Stripe account through our integration. The process only takes minutes.
Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
Long Term Contracts?
No contracts at all. Simply agree to the rates if you want to use our platform for your registration. Completely pay-as-you-go!
What about refunds?
Refunds are an inevitable part of event registration (especially during the Covid-19 pandemic). Most competitors cannot return fees but we allow full refunds.
Discounts for large organizations or non-profits?
Please contact us if you have over 1,000 annual registrations or if you are a non-profit organization. Special rates may apply.
